Scheduled - Mindful Scheduler and Conversation Bridge will be undergoing a brief period of maintenance the evening of 9/11 at 10PM EDT to help remediate the issue causing recent period of brief disruption in connectivity.

The only effect should be a brief period of loss of Premises to Cloud connectivity via the Cloud Connector, and should recover quickly and automatically after a brief downtime.

Identified - Mindful Messaging is currently experiencing a deprecation of service due to an Aerialink Outage that leaves Mindful currently unable to send or receive message via Aerialink. We are currently monitoring that outage and will provide an update when it has been remediated.
