Identified - In our US West voice region, we are seeing some calls that are failing to register callbacks after being sent to Mindful from the contact center. Our team has identified the cause of the issue and is working to implement the fix. This only affects clients that are on our new environment app.getmindful.com.

Identified - We have identified a specific issue where Out Of Office responses from email services will create a block of future email alerts from Mindful to that specific email address.
