Mindful Scheduler and Conversation Bridge will be undergoing a brief period of maintenance the evening of Saturday June 1st at 10PM EDT to help remediate the issue causing recent period of brief disruption in connectivity.

The only effect should be a brief disruption in Premises to Cloud connectivity via the Cloud Connector, and should recover quickly and automatically after a brief downtime.

Scheduled - We will be performing scheduled maintenance at this time; this is a retry of our update from last week that was stopped before action was taken. No downtime or caller impact is expected during the deployment. If we need to abort and rollback during this deployment however, there will be some downtime, so out of an abundance of caution we are scheduling this during our normal outage maintenance window. Notes about this release can be found here.

NOTE: This only impacts clients that have migrated to our Spring '23 Release environment.

Resolved - It has been found that Mindful call processing in our Spring 23 US-West-2 instance was inadvertently impacted during pre-deployment work Friday 5/10/24 at approx. 2:30p ET.

This issue may have generated stuck calls or dropping of calls in process.

We have identified the issue and will correct before the next deployment.
