Degradation of Dashboard reporting and delayed callback processing occurred due to this service disruption.
No active calls were impacted, no data loss has been identified, however the disruption did cause delays in callbacks being processed resulting in callback launching delays.
Root cause has been identified as a bug with an expected fix updated within the next release.
